Bloggaday 126 – Happy Father’s Day

Happy happy Father’s Day, from all of us you.

Happy happy Father’s Day… Wait, I think I might have messed that up.

Anyways, Happy Father’s Day folks, you know which ones I’m talking about. Unlike Mother’s Day, this particular holiday isn’t as conveniently pun-accessible.

I suppose I have my work cut out for this Bloggaday.

Being a father or a mother is big thing. Lots of responsibilities. Much more difficult than being an uncle I imagine, and I imagine myself as more of an uncle. I’m good at keeping kids pre-occupied and whatnot, but that’s terribly difficult. It makes it much easier when you pawn them off to their parents when they become shenaniganizers and don’t want to listen to you.

I imagine one day though, I’ll become a father, but that day is some time away. It blows me away that people successfully have kids when they are considerably younger than I am. I am nowhere close to mature enough to have and maintain a 5 year old. I don’t know, I barely manage going to school. I don’t know how I would structure my life if I had a kid.

Well, that’s enough pondering for one Bloggaday. I’d just like to say, happy Father’s Day to all of our fathers out. Have a good one.*
