Bloggaday 135 – June Fitness Report

So every month I’m going to post one of these. At first, I’ll post the monthly updates on my stats. After that, I’ll post the specifics of my workouts. They aren’t the only times I’ve exercised, but that’s when I’ve gone through the rundown with the music. The weight and fat % could be off. I’m using an old scale that doesn’t work too well. I weighed myself 4 times, one right after the other and got 4 different numbers with a 3 or 4 pound spread. So I’m not too sure how accurate the fat % is on it.

Well, that’s about all I’ve got to say on this.

Tap Squats

Tap Squat: Squat, tap the ground, and come up. These were good. I’ve got a feeling I’m going to regret doing them for 5 ½ minutes though.

I wanted to isolate the movement, so I tried kneeling into the arm of the couch, but didn’t work too well. For the second half, I stood behind the couch without much more luck. I think I’m lucky it wasn’t a 5 minute song

Again, a decrease in footwork. Cardio is definitely a weak point right now
